At AOS, we believe that a successful event is also a responsible event. Our CSR approach is built around four strong pillars for the environment, people, and the community.

POLICY

CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Founded in 1996, AOS designs events that combine performance, sustainability, and ethics. Our mission is to create professional gatherings (conferences, seminars, trade shows, etc.) with a strong positive impact across the country, reducing their environmental footprint and promoting social inclusion, innovation, and integrity.

OUR CORE VALUES

  • Responsibility: We take responsibility for the impact of our activity on the environment and society.
  • Innovation and Creativity: We adapt our practices to address contemporary challenges.
  • Ethics: We ensure transparency and integrity in all our relationships.
  • Collective Commitment: Each collaborator is an agent of change.
  • Trust and Benevolence: We foster a respectful and supportive work environment.
  • Respect and Sharing: We value diversity and collaborative work.

OUR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT PRINCIPLES

  • Inclusion: Universal accessibility at our events and diversity within our teams.
  • Vigilance: Audit of practices, risk prevention, and careful selection of responsible partners.
  • Transparency: Clear communication about our commitments, traceability of our actions.
  • Integrity: Combating corruption, respecting GDPR, and including ethical clauses in all contracts.

OUR PRIORITY ISSUES RELATED TO SDGs

  • Listening to and engaging with stakeholders.
  • Preserving health and ensuring the safety of stakeholders.
  • Managing our waste and optimizing our resources.
  • Valuing the local economy and short supply chains.
SDG 12: Responsible consumption and production (zero plastic, recycling, local suppliers).
SDG 13: Combating climate change (soft mobility, carbon footprint calculated with CLEO).
SDG 3: Well-being and health at work (sports policy, prevention, work-life balance).
SDG 17: Partnerships for the goals (cooperation with local associations, redistribution of surpluses).

GOVERNANCE COMMITMENT

The governance of AOS, led by Alain Gargani, Marie Tessanne, and Alexy Gargani, commits to:

  • Strictly adhering to applicable regulations.
  • Continuing to improve through training, impact measurement, and feedback.
  • Leaving a positive legacy through sustainable events that are meaningful and useful to communities.
  • This policy is dynamic. It evolves with global challenges, the expectations of our stakeholders, and our sincere desire to be a leading actor in responsible event management.
